The new challenges of Fashion in Europe: issues and prospects
The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has been a partner of the Hyères Festival since 2003. Every year, it organises the "Rencontres Internationales de la Mode", with the support of LE DEFI, in order to discuss current issues and compare the points of view of experts.
The fashion industry is facing rapid change across its entire value chain, as well as in customers and markets worldwide. Europe benefits from an exceptional breeding ground for creation and fashion, but it must adapt and develop further in the face of these new challenges. The Franco-Italian relationship, in particular between the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode and the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, plays a central role in meeting these challenges.
